TEE TIMES

• Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance.

• At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or make changes to your tee time. Changes can be made during daylight hours either in person or over the phone by calling (920) 921-8053. If the change or cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges and will be automatically billed a “No Show Fee” for all players booked under the reservation. Changes and cancellations may not be made on the website.

Power Cart Restrictions

Power carts must be returned no later than sunset. Whispering Springs will not allowing power carts to be rented less than 2.5 hours prior to sunset for 9 hole play and 4.5 hours prior to sunset for 18 hole play.

Players are responsible for any damage caused to power cart.

DRESS CODE

Proper golf attire is requested by not required. Absolutely no tank tops, cut-offs or torn clothes allowed.

CLUB RENTALS & AMENITIES

• LH & RH rental clubs are available for men and women. A credit card is required to rent any set of clubs.

• Our locker rooms are available for your use. Please ask about a locker when you check in at the golf shop.

RAIN CHECKS

• During inclement weather, cancellations are accepted until the time of play.

• Rain checks will be issued for holes not completed due to inclement weather. Rain checks never expire. Refunds will not be issued.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Groups of more than four players are not allowed. The golf shop retains the right to pair players in groups of less than four golfers.

• Players can now ride two per cart as usual. If you would like to request your own cart we will try to accommodate that, no guarantee will be made. The course reserves the right to limit carts to 2 per tee time based on availability.  If an additional cart is needed a surcharge fee will be charged.

• Absolutely no carry on coolers or beverages allowed. ALL beverages must be purchased from Whispering Springs. Coolers are available at the bar and on the beverage carts.
